Pricing Structure

For the convenience of our customers Aging Information Network's pricing structure is broken up into three plans: the Silver Package, the Gold Package, and the Platinum Package.  Each package capitalizes on the fact that A.I.N. is a supplemental service company rather than a one stop shop for caregivers needs.  Each package supplements the amount of work and time each customer is willing to expend on finding the proper care.

For a customer that only requires a minimal amount of help, then the Silver package is ideal.  The Silver Package was created with the knowledgeable customer in mind.  If you consider yourself well equipped to deal with the obstacles one may encounter when trying to find resources to place a loved one into quality care and will only require minimal assistance in doing so, then the Silver Package is for you.

The Gold package is tailored for people who do not have as much time as they would like to dedicate to finding proper care for their loved ones, or for those who lack access to the proper resources.  This type of customer may need to lean a bit more heavily on the services that A.I.N. provides.  With customer satisfaction being the main goal of A.I.N., the Gold Package was designed to include a more focused search coupled with a dialogue option via e-mail to calm all worries or to answer any questions that may need immediate attention.

The Platinum Package is designed for the active customer that may need more assistance in finding services for their loved ones.  This package is tailored so that with minimal effort on the consumers behalf, maximum results can be achieved.  Because of the urgent nature of a Platinum Package customer, they will be given the most preference and fastest help.  The Platinum Package offers a host of services not available under any of the other package, such as cash back for referrals that sign up with one of the A.I.N. packages, or a free one-year subscription to the “What’s New With Aging” quarterly newsletter.

The goal of A.I.N. when creating these packages was to be an effective supplement to the customer according to their level of needed services.  At A.I.N. we believe that everyone should have access to resources and help when they are in need, and we have priced our services so that everyone may have access to the service level that best fits them.
